Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. 

If your order arrives damaged, please take a photo and email us immediately at contact@islanaturalphuket.com and provide an image of the damaged item(s). We will happily replace any damaged products provided they are reported within 48 hours of order delivery. There is no additional shipping fee for replacement of damaged items.

Please keep in mind that the products you are buying are handmade with 100% natural ingredients with no added chemicals. You may find slight variations batch to batch (for example, slight changes in color) as we do not produce our products using chemical processes.
