Shipping policy

Domestic Orders:

All orders within Thailand are shipped with Flash Express or Thailand Post and will take 3-5 business days and charged at a flat rate of 50 baht. Please allow for a 3 day processing time. You will receive an email notification from us that contains tracking information once your order has been shipped.

International Orders:

All international orders are shipped via Thailand Post Registered Airmail and typically take 1 to 2 weeks for delivery, depending on your location. Shipping rates vary by country and weight, and we currently offer two flat rates for each destination:

• Up to 0.5 kg

• Up to 1 kg

To ensure the safety of your products, we keep all packages small and secure.

For larger orders, please note that our international shipping is limited to 1 kg per shipment. To order more, you’ll need to place multiple smaller orders.

Important: Any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country’s customs office are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking your local regulations before placing your order to avoid surprises.
